Corbin Li Mortgage Broker

Corbin is an FBAA-accredited Mortgage Broker and Australian Credit Representative, committed to helping clients find lending solutions that suit both their immediate needs and long-term financial goals.

He holds a Master of Business from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. Prior to entering the mortgage and finance industry, Corbin gained professional experience at Deloitte, giving him a strong foundation in business analysis and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Corbin assists a diverse range of clients, including first home buyers, property investors, refinancers and self-employed borrowers. His experience covers home and investment lending, refinancing, equity release, construction finance and more complex lending scenarios. By working across a broad panel of banks and non-bank lenders, he focuses on identifying practical and competitive solutions tailored to each client’s circumstances.

Approachable, responsive and analytical, Corbin believes that good mortgage advice goes beyond securing a loan. He takes the time to explain different lending options and structures clearly, helping clients make informed decisions as they build their property portfolios and work towards their financial goals.

Based in Brisbane, Corbin works with clients across Australia and provides services in both English and Mandarin.
